Joe is one of the pioneers of the Long-Term Care insurance industry.  He founded ARM in 1986, and was one of the first to recognize the enormous potential this product held and still represents today.  Consequently, ARM is now the largest distributor of Long-Term Care insurance in the Northeast and one of the largest in the country.

Joe has been involved in all aspects of the Long-Term Care insurance industry.  In the 90s he taught a course on Long-Term Care insurance at Purdue University’s Insurance Marketing Institute.  Later, he was instrumental in the creation of the Nation’s most prestigious LTCi designation program, CLTC.

Distribution has always been close to Joe’s heart, and he has spearheaded several successful initiatives within the fields of regular brokerage, affinity, employer groups, and financial services.

Joe lives in Belmont, MA with his wife, Evelyn Fowler.

Fun Fact: Joe is an incurable, thoroughly addicted, fresh water bass fisherman.  Joe’s hoarding tendencies have been responsible for his basement to be continually mistaken for a tackle shop.
