Prior to the Open Enrollment Period, a program announcement letter from the President/CEO of the employer will be mailed to employee homes, including a reply card and business reply envelope. An announcement email will also be sent out.
ENROLLMENT MEETINGS +
The home mailing letter and subsequent email communication will also include instructions to set up an individual appointment with the LTCi Specialist. Employees can choose to meet with the LTCi Specialist in person at the worksite or online & over the phone, via webinar. Webinar appointments are great for reaching employees that live in a different location or do not have time to meet during the allotted in-person time slots.
